Rapidly growing Suffolk PR firm makes two new appointments

A Suffolk PR firm has bolstered its client offering after appointing two experienced advertising and marketing professionals.

Lena Vasylevska and Clare Jordan have joined Felixstowe-based Prominent PR, bringing with them decades’ experience in the industry.

Ukrainian national Lena arrived in the country earlier this year, having previously worked remotely across Europe following the outbreak of war.

She has also worked as a journalist and managed marketing departments for international businesses in Kyiv.

As a PR Account Executive, she will provide further expert insight on clients’ social media, PR and advertising campaigns – including on a project supporting fellow refugees in the east of England.

Lena said: “I am very happy to be working with Prominent – everyone has been so welcoming.

“I came to Felixstowe via Madeira in Portugal, so it is great to be working by the sea in a place as beautiful as Suffolk.

“I am really looking forward to working with Prominent’s vast array of clients and learning more about the British media landscape.”

Clare has joined the team as an Office Administrator in a role that also sees her support the firm’s media buying service.

She had previously worked for the company as a Media Planner and Booking Manager before leaving to have a baby, and said she is thrilled to return to Gulpher Road Business Park.

Clare said: “It is great to be back at Prominent, the welcome has been so warm that it doesn’t feel like I’ve ever been away.

“The business has definitely grown since I’d left and it really excited me hearing just how many big things are in the pipeline.

“It has been a very busy start to life at Prominent again and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.”
