Sam joined the team in August 2020 straight after the coronavirus lockdown and hit the ground running.
Sam works closely with Lauren and Angharad and focuses on writing punchy press releases and blog posts as well as managing multiple social media channels. He also updates client websites to integrate SEO within informative content.
His attention to detail helps us to provide clients with accurate activity reports that emphasise return on investment while highlighting future opportunities. He also keeps abreast of a rolling PR plan for each client which allows the team to spot and take advantage of time-sensitive opportunities for media coverage.
With extensive experience in social media marketing and business copywriting, Sam uses client meetings to uncover innovative angles that become valuable coverage. His detailed understanding of social media and its audiences ensure that clients unlock its full potential.
Sam also has experience in retail sales which is hugely beneficial to our B2C clients in understanding public spending habits and coming up with innovative sales techniques to tie in with messaging, advertising and PR delivery to maximise results.

He is an exceptionally good writer and quick at spotting news angles and stories during client meetings and interviews that the subject may not have considered themselves.
Sam’s writing isn’t just seen in his ability to bash out a news story however.
He also self-published a poetry collection in November 2019 and writes his own blog. As a father to two young children, much of the content of this Dad-blog is about family life and it earned him a Father’s Day slot on BBC Radio Suffolk to discuss his journey into becoming a parent.
