Grace Davey ACIPR

Grace is our client services manager, who ensures the needs and goals of our clients are at the heart of everything we do.

She is instrumental in building strong and effective relationships and has become a popular figure among our clients thanks to her friendly manner and dedication to achieving their goals.

Grace works closely with the PR delivery team, ensuring accounts are managed effectively and efficiently and that the client journey with Prominent is seamless. She is always on hand to offer advice, guidance and support when needed and, due to her in depth knowledge of every client, she happily steps in to cover holidays and other absences, so that client work isn’t affected.

Grace likes to get under the skin of our clients, eager to know what matters to them, what makes them tick and the best ways of communicating with them to maximise their PR output – the client experience is always her priority focus.

Grace works closely with Helen on business development and agency management and is happiest when she is organising Prominent social events!

Her career began at Cubitt House London where she was responsible for the sales, planning and delivery of events for all five of their gastro pubs in Marylebone and Chelsea.

She later moved to become a sales and events manager for The Pearson Room restaurant and cocktail bar in Canary Wharf, where she hosted networking showcases for local clients including Barclays, JP Morgan and HSBC.

Events she managed during her six years in the capital ranged from weddings to networking brunches with more than 200 guests, including high-profile VIPs like Judy Murray OBE.

She later longed to return to Suffolk and took on a role at New Anglia LEP, coordinating a virtual business support programme and developing strong connections with big players from a range of local industries.

She has taken to the world of PR with ease, drawing on her experience in networking and communication to build lasting and meaningful relationships with our clients while maximising results.

Outside of work, Grace loves to travel the world and has spent a year in Australia followed by a period in New Zealand. She is also partial to a bungee jump from time to time!
